Domestic Violence
This Domestic Violence course features a 12-Step program that delves into the cycles of abuse, covering learning types, causes, and core beliefs, among other topics. Through introspection on thoughts, feelings, and emotions and examining both functional and dysfunctional family interactions, participants will learn anger management and coping skills. The program also addresses concepts of equality versus power and control. Ultimately, participants will be equipped to develop healthy interpersonal relationships and craft their own relapse prevention plan.
